Motorola Mobility unveiled the new Motorola DROID BIONIC Android 2.2 smartphone .The Specifications of Motorola DROID BIONIC Android comes with a 4.3 inch qHD (540 x 960) display and has a Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor which will run at 1GHz, while 512MB of DDR2 RAM will make this phone tick and 16GB onboard memory storage which users can store a lot of music, pictures and videos. An 8 megapixel camera with HD video capabilities and a front-facing camera will make video calling a breeze.
