Amanda Knox: Amanda Knox Clashes with Witness: Sarah Anne Hughes Amanda Knox attends a trial session in Perugia on Monday: During the appeal of Amanda Knox, convicted 24-year-old Rudy Guede denied claims that he told a fellow prisoner that Knox was not present during the murder of British student Meredith Kercher.

Amanda Knox: is alleged for killing her roommate. An American student was blamed for killing her roommate and she is now contesting the case against her. During the proceedings she clashes with one witness in the Italian court.

Amanda Knox: was living with Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito in a flat and they were found involved in the murder of Mereditch Kercher in their flat. She was found with his neck slit and he was also half naked. Amanda Knox was sentenced for 26 year jail for the murder her boyfriend was also sentenced for 25 year jail. She refuses to accept the allegations on her and she is now contesting the case against her. She said that her boyfriend and she were not involved in the murder and they have nothing to do with it.

On "October 3rd 2011" Amanda was brought into the courtroom to hear the verdict , and then there was nothing but silence waiting for the judge to announce the verdict. particularly Amanda. When the judge gave the verdict Amanda burst into tears and almost collapsed. The guards rushed her out of the room. Amanda's father hugged the lawyer nearest him. The courtroom was cheering. And when the prosecutor came out of the courthouse the crowd jeered.

Amanda and Raffaele were immediately freed. They were brought back to prison only to sign documents and collect their belongings. Then they will leave for the '"House" . forever. Amanda's sister Deanna gave a short statement outside the courthouse thanking everyone for their support and asked that now the family would like some privacy. Lot' s of people were very happy in Perugia. There may Some people will realize that it was not the guilty who were freed, but they are innocent.
