Amanda Knox: Amanda Knox Clashes with Witness: Sarah Anne Hughes Amanda Knox attends a trial session in Perugia on Monday: During the appeal of Amanda Knox, convicted 24-year-old Rudy Guede denied claims that he told a fellow prisoner that Knox was not present during the murder of British student Meredith Kercher.

Amanda Knox: is alleged for killing her roommate. An American student was blamed for killing her roommate and she is now contesting the case against her. During the proceedings she clashes with one witness in the Italian court.

Amanda Knox: was living with Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito in a flat and they were found involved in the murder of Mereditch Kercher in their flat. She was found with his neck slit and he was also half naked. Amanda Knox was sentenced for 26 year jail for the murder her boyfriend was also sentenced for 25 year jail. She refuses to accept the allegations on her and she is now contesting the case against her. She said that her boyfriend and she were not involved in the murder and they have nothing to do with it.

On "October 3rd 2011" Amanda was brought into the courtroom to hear the verdict , and then there was nothing but silence waiting for the judge to announce the verdict. particularly Amanda. When the judge gave the verdict Amanda burst into tears and almost collapsed. The guards rushed her out of the room. Amanda's father hugged the lawyer nearest him. The courtroom was cheering. And when the prosecutor came out of the courthouse the crowd jeered.

Amanda and Raffaele were immediately freed. They were brought back to prison only to sign documents and collect their belongings. Then they will leave for the '"House" . forever. Amanda's sister Deanna gave a short statement outside the courthouse thanking everyone for their support and asked that now the family would like some privacy. Lot' s of people were very happy in Perugia. There may Some people will realize that it was not the guilty who were freed, but they are innocent.

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

It's the number one cancer for white and Asian women and the number two for black and coloured women. So it's a big deal here in South Africa. Of course, the relative development of South Africa allows it to focus on such (you can't go to Malawi and talk about breast cancer, can you?).

We have under 4,000 (the 2001 figure is 3800) diagnosed cases a year, so it's a concern for the population here. I've told you before that Oprah is huge. And apparently her magazine, Harpo, is big here. It has it's own South African version run by an entire South African magazine staff over. In face, South Africa has many version of US pop-culture magazines. Harpo is doing its part to boost awareness and make sure people are educated about breast cancer.

As a woman (whether you have it your family history or not) make sure you conduct self-breast exams regularly, receive regular mammograms, and educate yourself about early diagnosis and possible treatment options.

    It has been a long journey, but it looks like the Tesla Model S all-electric sport sedan is one step closer to series production as the California-based automaker announced it is moving on to the final road tests. The first phase called Alpha, which began in 2010, includes both computer simulations and test-drives of prototype vehicles. There will be a Beta phase as well.

EVEN FROM prison, Gary Ridgway--the notorious Green River Killer--who murdered scores of women in the Seattle-Tacoma area 20 years ago continues to haunt. Now, he has been charged with a 49th murder--the victim, a young mom murdered nearly 30 years ago.
The new aggravated murder charge relates to the slaying of Becky Marrero. The 20-year-old's remains were found by teens last December. Ridgway confessed to the murders in 2003 to spare his life.
